WCLP receives no federal money and only about 6% of its revenues comes from the State Bar Trust Fund & California's Equal Access Fund. Instead, WCLP enjoys a well-diversified funding base consisting primarily of attorneys' fees paid by our opponents in successful litigation; support contracts with some of the local programs we assist; individual, law firm and corporate donations; and private foundation grants.
