The Superior Court has granted our motion for a writ of mandate in Corea v. City and County of San Francisco. Our writ challenged San Francisco’s practice of establishing free and subsidized healthcare eligibility guidelines, based solely on the federal poverty guidelines without regard to local housing and other costs. The case was brought by Western Center, Bay Area Legal Aid and Munger, Tolles & Olson.
