Western Center asks for Super Committee selections who support a plan that balances cuts with revenue and protects programs serving the poor.
Western Center joins other anti-hunger and anti-poverty advocates and safety-net program administrators to ask for Super Committee selections who can get behind a plan that balances cuts with revenue, both new and reinstated, and support a plan that gets America working again without putting the most vulnerable in harm's way.
Below is a link to the letter we sent to Congresswoman Pelosi (D-California) who has yet to make her selections. Also below are the selections already made.
