WCLP is seeking an experienced staff attorney to work on a variety of public interest/poverty law issues, including civil rights, health, housing and/or public benefits program issues.  Duties include litigating impact cases in state and federal courts, providing technical assistance, educational support and training to legal services and community-based organizations state-wide and supporting our Sacramento-based policy advocates on budget and legislation.
