Injunction sought to stop mental health treatment cuts in Sacramento

Western Center on Law and Poverty, Disability Rights California,  and the pro bono law firm, Cooley, have filed a motion in Napper v. County of Sacramento seeking a preliminary injunction to stop Sacramento County from cutting treatment programs for mentally ill people.  A hearing is expected on July 7th.
