Western Center, along with Neighborhood Legal Services, Disability Rights Advocates and pro bono attorneys from Kirkland & Ellis, has sued the Governor, challenging his recent line item vetoes, cutting nearly one half billion dollars from health, domestic violence prevention and other programs.  (St. John’s vs. Schwarzenegger).
