FEE WAIVER TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

1. Applicant attempts to file a fee waiver application and is sent away by a clerk
2. Client does not re ceive a Notice or Order from the court regarding the fee waiver application.
3. The applicant receives Order from court rejecting fee waiver application.
4. After receiving Order denying fee waiver, applicant corrects errors and resubmits another application.
5. After applicant’s fee waiver application is granted, the court revokes it.
